In the 70’s we wanted a church that was not Metho-Bap-Terian and relevant to our 20-something generation.  We came spiritually of age in a Fort Worth Bible church watching people take notes and write in their bibles for the first time.  In the 80’s  after a thirty-mile move we found a bible church much the same size as Lighthouse. In 2011 we moved to Hunt.  

For the last fourteen years we have earnestly sought a growing bible teaching, fellowship church - where we can employ our gifts.   Lighthouse is the third church we have fully attached ourselves to in 51 years.
