Alison Broussard
Worship Leader/ Creative Director
For more than 18 years, Alison has served as a worship leader and creative, working alongside teams in several churches across the US. With a passion for both excellence and authenticity in worship, Alison has been part of recording projects such as “Live at Harvest” in the Woodlands TX ,and “This Album Feeds Children” in Nashville TN contributing to the writing and shaping of songs including Psalm 91, Mosaic, and Treasure. Her songwriting reflects a deep love for Scripture, life experience with grace, and the hope found in Jesus.
In addition to her ministry in worship, Alison has been serving families since 2009 as a professional interventionist, walking alongside those struggling with mental illness and addiction. In 2014 she spearheaded a non-profit organization called Mosaics of Mercy.
As a Bible believing Christian she also draws inspiration from writers like Max Lucado, C.S. Lewis, Oswald Chambers, and Dutch Sheets as well as from the principles of 12-Step recovery. Musically, her influences range from the early days of Rich Mullins, Amy Grant, and Jars of Clay to the modern worship sounds of Bethel Music, Elevation Worship and many more. At the core of Alison’s life and ministry is a deep love for Jesus and a desire to point people toward His kingdom through worship, creativity, and hope filled service.
