Tye Phelps is a multifaceted Christian with a background in entrepreneurship and community service.  As the former creator and owner of Love and War in Texas, Texas Music City Grill & Smokehouse, and Southern Sky Music Cafe, renowned restaurants and music venues, he developed strong leadership and communication skills, launching the careers of many, most notably Miranda Lambert.  Most recently Tye served as Ranch Director for Big Springs Ranch and Director of Development at Hill Country Youth Ranch, which are part of the same organization dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for traumatized children and young adults.  Tye and his wife Laura joined families and have, between them,  7 children and 11 grandchildren.
